As our members have told us that they want to get fit and healthy and raise money for charity, we will be supporting members through The Asian Sorority Running Club.
We will provide every member with a training schedule to keep you motivated. We have a range of charity events we are preparing for in 2017 and we have set ourselves the challenge to start training now !
We use an excellent free walking and running app by Adidas which measures everything and will keep us on track!
We will provide you with a free stretching out guide so you can stretch properly at home.
Come join a group of like-minded Asian women.. We’re all beginners and we will be training in Central London Parks before and after work come rain or shine and locally in North-West London too.
